Autopsy findings revealed that abundent lymphoblastic leukemic cell infiltrated in bone marrow, liver, spleen, kidney, and other organs in male newborn infant who died six hours after birth. He had hepatospenomegaly, generalized petechiae and severe dyspnea on physical examination. And so diagnosed to congenital leukemia and related literature also presented briefly.

A case of bilateral polycystic kindney which cysts of liver and pancreas in 10 month-old girl is presented. She had abdominal- distention, fever, edema and urinary frequency which were progressively wrose and died from secondary infection of urinary tract, renal insufficiency and cardiac failure at 5 month after onset of symptoms.
The diagnosis was made by autopsy.
