A Case of Hypothalamic Hamartoma with Gelastic Seizure Only

Hypothalamic hamartoma is a congenital anomaly presenting precocious puberty, gelastic seizure and mental retardation. Other possible accompanying anomalies are cleft palate, tetralogy of Fallot, skeletal malformation and anal malformation.
