A case off renal hypertension due to fibromuscular hyperplasia of renal artery in 6 years old boy who relived hypertension after nephrectomy. The patient had complaints of high fever and convulsion with unconscious state. The diagnosis was confirmed by clinical findings, radiological evidence and biopsy. The review of literature was made briefly.

A Case of Bochdalek’s Hernia

A case of surgically corrected congenital Bochdalek's hernia is reported. A 6 days old female baby was admitted with chief complaints of dyspnea and cyanosis. The diagnosis was confirmed by physical finding o£ the audible peristaltic sounds on the left chest and radiological characteristics. The hernia was succesfully corrected by transthoracic approach. The review of literature is made briefly.
Osteogenesis Imperfecta(Report of two cases with severe deformities)

Two cases of osteogenesis imperfecta in a 18 years old female and 10 years old male were reported. The X-rays of skeletal system showed several features in all extremities with severe deformities and Worwian bones in the skull. Sclera was blue but no deafness in both cases. Review of literature as for osteogenesis imperfect was attempted briefly.
