Two cases of athyrotic cretinism, One month old female infant and 11 month old boy, were presented.
In both cases thyroid scintigrams revealed no functioning thyroid tissues. We made diagnosis by clinical features as well as thyroid scintigram, X-ray survey for boner age and skeletal maturation and biochemical studies.
