Patent omphalomesenteric duct occurs when there is primary failure of luminal closure of
vitellointestinal duct during the fetal life, and it makes an abnormal communication between
the intestine and the umbilicus.
We presented two cases of patent omphalomesenteric duct in the neonatal period.

A case of tubular duplicatio of the ileum in a 2 months old infant was presented. This patient was admitted because of abdominal distention and poor general condition. Operation revealed long tubular duplicated blind intestine, measuring 57X5cm in size. The pathologic diagnosis confirmed duplication of the ileum. A case of twin to twin transfusion syndrome is reported. These babies were disclosed severe anemia in one twin and intense plethora in another one. The different appearence was coincided with hematologic results. So, anemic patient was treated with transfusions and Plethoric one managed with vensections. This report presents a case of Cushing’s syndrome in childhood. The 13 years-old female patient was admitted with the complaints of headache, moon face, obesity and hirsuitism, and was diagnosed as Cushing’s syndrome due to adrenocortical carcinoma of the left adrenal gland. Complete resection of the tumor was successfully done- After operation, her clinical course was markedly improved.
