Study on Anti-neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibodies in Children with Henoch-Schölein Purpura

The presence of IgG, IgA and IgM antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies(ANCA) were inves-tigated in 32 children with Henoch-Schölein Purpura(HS purpura), in 14 children with HS pur-pura nephritis who were confirrned by renal biopsy and in 12 control children using flow cytom-etry(FASCan, Beckton-Dickinson, Co, USA) and indirect immunofluorescence technique(Sigma Diagnostics, USA).
