A Case of MCLS Associated with Pleural and Pericardial Effusion.

We were experienced a case of MCLS associated with pleural and pericardial effusion, a rare complication of MCLS, evidenced in 5 yrs. old girl through clinical condition, X-ray and echocardiography. Though the mechanism of this pleural effusion was not well known, may be thought by the systemic factor in the systemic disease such as MCLS. And we made a brief review of the related literatures.

We have observed clinically about 254 patients of convulsive disorder at the psdiatric department of Soon Chun Hyang Hospital from Jan. 1981 to Dec. 1982.
