Blood plasma concentration of Chloramphenicol was studied with single intramuscular injection of Chloramphenicol 100 mg/kg in dose to 5 cases of Typhoid fever and 5 cases of Purulent meningitis. The determinations of the value of sugar, protein, cholesterol, L.D.H. and G.O.T. have been made for the cerebrospinal fluid in such pathological conditions as tuberculous meningitis, encephalitis japonica, purulent meningitis, poliomyelitis and normal children.
