The clinical study on 19 cases of neurocutaneous syndrome which were diagnosed at Pediatric
Department of Dong San hospital, Keimyung University for last 10 years from Mar. 1975 to Feb. 1985
were performed and following results were obtained.
Out of 19 cases, 11 cases were neurofibromatosis, 4 were Tuberous sclerosis and 4 were Sturge-

Angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy is a lymphoma like disorder consisting of generalized
lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, skin rashes, often associated with dysgammag-
lobulinemia.
We have experienced recently 3 year old female complaining of generalized lymphadenopthy,
fever, hepatomegaly and hypergammaglobulinemia, and was proved as angioimmunoblastic
lymphadenopathy histologically.
Patient was treated with combined chemotherapy with COMP and responded well clinically in 4
months.

Authors experienced a case of Hunter syndrome in a 5 year old girl who was admitted to
Pediatric Department of Dong-San Hospital, Keimyung University for the evaluation of
short stature and mental retardation.
Patient had characteristic peculiar features of mucopolysaccharidoses and changes in
skull, rib, vertebra and long bone radiography. Corneal clouding was absent. Screenings

The authors experienced a case of unilateral renal agenesis associated with hydronephrosis
resulted from U.P.J. obstruction of contralateral kidney.
The patient was a 7 year old girl who was hospitalized with sudden onset of renal failure
and the diagnosis was made by intravenous pyelography, abdominal ultrasonogram and C-T scan.
Patient was almost completely recovered with peritoneal dialysis and surgical operation.
