A Case Report of “Intestinal Malrotation”

A case of “Intestinal malrotation” in 2 days old Korean male with the chief complaint of persisting bile pigmented projectile vomiting after every feeding was reported. Final diagnosis was confirmed by the radiological findings of the simple abdomen and the upper G-I series.
