Abstract
A case of “Intestinal malrotation” in 2 days old Korean male with the chief complaint of persisting bile pigmented projectile vomiting after every feeding was reported. Final diagnosis was confirmed by the radiological findings of the simple abdomen and the upper G-I series. Surgical correction was carried out successfully by "The Ladd procedure", and the post-operative course was uneventful. The concomitant brief review of the literature was also made.
