Well known predisposing factors of asthmatic attack are emotional factors, autonomic nerve dysfunctions, immunologic factors, endocrinologic factors and respiratory tract infections. In addition, environmental factors are also important. Meteorological factors-temperature, air pressure, relative humidity-seem to be the main triggering agents.
