A 12-year-old girl with hypertension, hypokalemia, cystic ovaries and absence of secondary sexual development is presented. Hormonal study revealed very low levels of cortisol, testosterone, estrogen, and high levels of progesterone, deoxycorticosterone, corticosterone, FSH and ACTH.
