Authors experienced a case of cavernous hemangioma attached to the falciform ligament of the liver in a 9 years and 2 months old boy. It seems to be the first case reported in the literature. The review of literature was made briefly.

A case of McCune-AlbrighVs syndrome in a 9 year old girl was presented. Physical examination
showed cutaneous pigmentation, multiple bony deformity and sexual precosity.
Recently, she suffered from the pain on lower extremities and vaginal dischage. The diagnosis
was confirmed by characteristic clinical features, radiologic evidence and biochemical a say.
The review of literatures was made briefly.
