Arterial blood gas analysis, including oxygen and carbon dioxide tensions, pH and bicarbonate were measured in 16 asthmatic patients during acute attacks of bronchospasm in Korea General Hospital. A case of pneumoperitoneum due to spntaneous cecal perforation was presented with a brief review of the related literature. This baby was born via S.N.V.D. with 3.2kg of birth weight and 40 weeks of gestation without birth trauma, asphyxia & hypoxia.
