Forty-one cases of acute urticaria were treated in our institution, during the period of 1 year,
from Aug. 1980 to June 1981. Throat culture were performed in 36 cases of acute urticaria
in which the etiology was obscured.
Urticaria appeared to occur more frequently in male than, in female by 2.6 times and more
