A case of chronic atrial tachycardia in a 1 1 year and 10 month-old boy is reported.
The patient was admitted with the chief complaints of palpitation and chest discomfort
Tachycardia persisted till discharge but subjective symptoms were disappeared. Digitalis therapy
provoked partial AV block and decreased ventricular rate.
Auricular rate was also slightly decreased.
The review of literature was made briefly.
