This is brief report of a case of prune belly syndrome associated with holoprosencephaly in one-day
old neonate.
At birth, physical examination revealed skull bone defect, anophthalmia, severe hypotelorism,
arhinia with proboscis, micrognathia, webbed neck, severely dilated abdomen with thin wall, agenesis
of external urogenital organs and anus, equinovalgus and genu valgus.
Autopsy findings were alobar holoprosencephaly with hydrocephalus, hypoplasia of lung and ribs,

A case of congenital bile duct cyst in a 15-year-old female patient was diagnosed by clinical
symptoms, laboratory data, ultrasonography, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography.
Excision with Roux-en-Y choledochocystojejunostomy was performed with good result.

65 Cases of febrile convulsion were reviewed in terms of their clinical pictures and factors related
to their recurrences.
Seemingly related factors are:
1) age of first episode: The age of first ipisode was under 12months of age in 11.4% of initial cases
and 46.7% of recurrent cases.

Fetus papyraceus is a rare complication in multiple pregnancy. Intrauterine death of one fetus of
the twin usually occurs before second trimester and remained in place compressed between
uterine wall and membrane of living twin until the end of the pregnancy.

A case of mediastinal tuberculous lymphadnitis in 5 year old male child was reported. Clinical
symptoms were disappeared and chest CT findings showed very much improvement after administra-
tion of Isoniazid, Rifampin and Prednisolone for 4 months.

Two cases of nephropathy in association with acute rheumatic fever are presented.
Both patients had Rheumatic carditis with mitral valvular involvement and positive urinary
laboratory findings of significant hematuria and proteinuria.
There was no relapse of nephropathy after initial recovery and both patients are getting monthly
injection of Benzatine-penicillin as prophylaxis to prevent recurrence of rheumatic fever.
