Case Report

A Case of Bilateral Polycystic Kidney with Polycystic Liver

A case of bilateral adult type of polycystic liver in 3 year-old male, who expired due to uremia, is presented. He had abdominal distention after newborn, and was followed by frequent respiratory infections or urinary tract infections. On the last adminission, he had uremia and expired 2 months after the onset of uremia. The diagnosis was confirmed by autopsy.

Three Cases of Twin Transfusion Syndrome

The authors experienced 3 cases of fetus to fetus transfusion syndromes at Busan II Sin Women’s Hospital to report them as well as brief review of liceratures. In 2 of 3 cases, there was marked difference in birth weights and hemoglobin levels between two identical twins.
