A case of Peutz-Jeghers syndrome in a 12 year and 9 month old boy was presented. Physical examination showed melanin pigmentation on the lips and multiple polyposis of gastrointestinal tract. The diagnosis was confirmed by characteristic pigmentation, radiologic evidence, gastroscopy, colonofiberscopy and intestinal biopsy.
Brief review of related literatures were presented.

Authors experienced a 3 months old male infant having a infatile cortical hyperostosis in the
both mandible, right clavicle, left radius, right ulna, both femura and tibiae.
The diagnosis was established by typical clinical findings and radiological evidence.
Literature reviews were also made briefly.
