Burkitt's lymphoma is a distinct pathologic entity characterized as a diffuse undifferentiated malignant lymphoma of B-lymphocyte origin.
We experienced a case of Burkitt's lymphoma with bilateral renal enlargement in which a 3 year-old male patient was admitted with complaints of abdominal distention and facial edema.
