We have recently experienced a case of Kleeblattschadel Syndrome in a 5 month old boy.
The diagnosis was made by characteristic morphologic clinical features and radiologic findings.
We report this case with brief review of some related literatures. |

This experiment was carried out to investigate the morphological changes of cardiac tissue in
Adriamycin treated rats.
Adriamycin was administered (2.5 mg/kg/wk) for 5 weeks, subcutaneously. Cardiac tissue stained
by H-E and Trichrom’s method.
Clinical findings of congestive heart failure were also observed during experiment.

Congenital diaphragmatic anomaly is a rare congenital malformation.
A 6 year old boy with pale appearance and complaining of weakness for several months was
diagnosed as having iron deficiency anemia as a result of congenital hiatal hernia. The diagnosis was
confirmed by chest X.ray, esophagogram, upper gastrointestinal series and bone maπow biopsy
After the hernia was successfully corrected by operation, the anemia was disappeared.

We experienced a case of adult type Gaucher's disease in 14 month old male.
The patient showed hepatosplenomegaly with anemia and characteristic Gaucher cells in bone marrow aspiration and biopsy of liver and spleen both in light microscopic and electromicroscopic examination. Splenectomy was followed by improvement of anemia and thrombocytopenia but hepatomegaly remained even progressed.

Vomiting, indigestion and recurrent epigastric pain are common in pediatric practice. Inspite of extensive clinical and laboratory investigation, definite cause can not be identified frequently, And furthermore many of those are considered as neurotic. The purpose of this report is to call attention to this syndrome as a cause of abdominal pain and to discuss its pathogenesis and treatment.

Recently we have experienced a case of dermatomyositis with retinopathy in a 10 year-old
boy.
Presenting symptoms were progressive weakness of four extremities, dysphonia, dysphagia
and erythematous rashes on the face.
Diagnosis was made of typical clinical findings with aid of laboratory date and muscle
