We experenced a case of cystic pancreatoblastoma associated with congenital hemihypertrophy in a 4months old male. The mass was located on the anterior side of pancreatic head without any connection to the pancreas. Tracheal agenesis is the rare and uniformly lethal anomaly that presents with severe
