목 적 : 항경련제의 장기복용에 의하여 저칼슘혈증, 구루병, 골연화증 등의 골대사 이상은 성 장기 소아의 중대한 문제점이 될 수 있으므로 조기발견 및 치료가 중요하다. 이에 본 저자들은 골대사 이상의 예측을 위한 지표로서 혈청 Calcium(이하 Ca), 1,25(OH)2D3에 대하여 연구를 시행하였다. 방 법 : 경희의대 소아과에서 경련성 질환으로 진단 받고 6개월 이상 항경련제를 복용한 48 명을 대상으로 하였다. 이들중 항경련제 단독복용은 37명, 두 가지 이상의 혼합복용군은 11명 이었으며,...
