Tuberculosis may affect Iymphnodes of any part of the body as a primary infection or secondary to lymphatic or hematogenous dissemination. But the diagnosis of tuberculous mesenteric lymphadenitis is often difficult to establish, because symptoms and signs are often quite vague and laboratory and radiologic findings ard unhelpful.

The efficacy of acetaminophen, sponging plus acetaminophen, and sponging alone as method of lowering body temperature was compared in 108 children aged 8 weeks to 5 years who presented with an axillary temperature of 38.5C or greater during the period from January 1993 to April 1993.

Congenital factor V deficiency is a rare hemorrhagic disease characterized by the various hemorr-
hagic manifestations and the prologations of clotting time, prothrombin time and partial thromboplastin time.
We experienced a case of congenital factor V deficiency in a 4 month-old male infant, who had
suffered from the bleeding tendncy since his neonatal period.
