A Case of Agenesis of the Right Lung

Unilateral lung agenesis is defined with absence of parenchyme, supporting structures and airway below the level of the carina. Lung agenesis is associated with other anomaly of cardiovascular system, musculoskeletal system and genitourinary system in about 50% cases.
