Sacrococcygeal teratoma is a rare tumor, it occurs once in every 40,000 live births. Most of the reported cases appear in female infant (M:F=1:4).
They deserve clinical attention because they are potenially malignant and are curable if diagnosed and treated early.
The patients may have associated congenital anomalies.
This patient has spina bifida cystica in lower sacrum.

Transient myeloproliferative disorder has been reported in infants with Down’s syndrome.
This disorder is clinically and hematologically indistinguishable from congenital leukemia. In
contrast to congenital leukemia, complete clinical and hematological recovery occurs within weeks
to months of diagnosis without antileukemic treatment.

This study was conducted to find out the incidence of exercise-induced asthma in pediatric
population at Pohang in Korea. We selected an elementary school near pohang. The total number of
the elementary school children except who was ill at that time, was 631. They all took pulmonary
