Craniofacial dysostosis (Crouzon’s disease) is a rare disease and there is no report of craniofacial dystosis in
children in Korea.

An autopsy case of transposition of the great vessels which was found from a male caucian newborn has been presented. Inspite of intensive care with symptomatic treatment, cyanosis and congestive heart failure were developed progressively and the newborn has died on 23rd day after birth.
