6 year old Korean Male was admitted to Korea General Hospital with Chief Complaints of spik* ing fever, abdominal distention with pain and vomiting. One month after recovery from measles. On admission, miliary tuberculosis was suspected because of chest X-ray finding. Condition of the patient worsened during the course of antituberculous treatment.
