Recently, we experienced a case of renovascular hypertension in 7 year-old boy, who came with
chief complaints of protracted vomiting and severe headache for 2 days. Right after admission, he
developed seizure and loss of consciousness lasting 5 minutes. Blood pressure was 230/180 mmHg at

Unlike hematogenous spread in miliary tuberculosis, disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis is
considered to be spread by non-hematogenous transbronchial with characteristic chest X-ray appear-
ance.
This type of spread is unusal in childhood pulmonary tuberculosis.
We are reporting 4 such cases from 1984 to 1986 with chest X-ray findings.

Citrullinemia is an urea cycle enzymopathy, which is characterized by hyperammonemia, high
citrulline levle in serum, CSF, urine and decreased activity of argininosuccinic acid synthetase in liver
biopsy. The clinical symptoms are vomiting, lethergy, seizures, coma and ultimately in death if the

Intussusception which is the most common cause of acquired intestinal obstruction during infancy
and early childhood requires emergent diagnosis and treatment because if untreated the infant is
nearly always fatal. A clinical evaluation was performed on 190 cases of intussusception in infants
and children, who were admitted to the Pediatric department of Soon Chun Hyang University
Hospital from Jan. 1979 to Dec. 1983.

The Marfan syndrome is a heritable disorder of connective tissue with cardinal manifestations
in the ocular, skeletal and cardiovascular system. We experienced one case of Marfan syndrome
