Poststreptococcal Glomerulonephritis without Abnormality of Urine.

A case is presented of a 15-year old girl with clinical and laboratory findings Strongly suggestive of poststreptococcal glomerulonephritis but without abnormalities in the urine. Repeated examinations of the urine demonstrated absence of proteinuuria and hematuria throughout a nineteen-day hospital course.
