Clin Exp Pediatr. 1986;29(2):215-220.   Published online February 28, 1986
The authors experienced three cases of giant hydronephrosis due to congenital obstruction at the ureteropelvic junction, which were diagnosed by physical examination, ultrasonogram of the abdomen, intravenous pyelography and percutaneous antegrade pyelography.
