Among 48 children with I.T.P (26 acute, 10 chronic and 12 undetermined), the antiplatelet antibody test (APA) was qualitatively studied by indirect immunofluorescent method in 34 patients of which only 25 patients (18 acute and 7 chronic) were able to follow-up.
