Inhibitory effects of several drugs to intestinal secretory stimulation of heat-labile enterotoxin produced by enterotoxigenic E. coli.

For exploitation of new antidiarrheal agents to heat-labile enterotoxin (LT) produced by enterotox- igenic E. coli, we have tested several drugs by rabbit ileal loop assay and obtained some significant results.
