The so called “Myelofibrosis” within the category of myeloproliferative disorders consists of various degrees of leukoerythroblatosis, bone marrow fibrosis, and extramedullary hema- topoiesis with hepatosplenomegaly. Primary myelofibrosis occurs predominantly in adults and few in childhood. We experie- nced one case of myelofibrosis, at 17 month old male patient.
