A Case of Pes Caves with Spina Bbifida Occulta.

We experienced a case of Pes Cavus with spina bifida occulta in 14 years old male. The patient has manifested the clinical finding of progressive leg muscle weakness and low back pain. We presented a caselofi Pes Cavus with review of literatures.
