The diagnosis of pediatric sinusitis

Although most clinicians now agree that sinusitis can afflict children of all ages, appropriate diagnosis remain controversial. Sinusitis is one of the most challenging diagnoses for a clinician, because there is a lack of validated diagnostic criteria for acute rhinosinusitis.
