A Case of Primary Hyperparathyroidism in Infancy

Primary hyperparathyroidism is very rare and often fatal disease in childhood. We experienced a case in which a 4 months old male patient complaning of lethargy, hypotonia, respiratory difficulty showed typical laboratory and radiological findings compatible to primary hyperparathyroidism.
