Oculocerebrorenal syndrome of Lowe(OCRL) is a rare X-linked disorder characterized by congenital cataract(oculo-), hypotonia, developmental delay, cognitive impairment(cerebro-), renal tubular dysfunction(renal), and growth retardation.
