We experienced a case of Kartagener’s syndrome in a 15 year-old male patient who showed bronchiectasis, sinusitis, and situs inversus by X-ray and physical examination. We report a case of Kartagener's syndrome and a brief review of literliture was done.

Intussusception is the condition of invagination of a proximal segment of the bowel into the more distal receiving bowel. During infancy and early childhood, intussusception is the most common cause of acquired intesti- nal obstruction, and it is requred emergency treatment.
