Hypereosinophilic syndrome is a disorder characterized by peripheral blood & bone marrow eosinophilia associated with single or multiple organ system dysfunctions. The authers experienced two cases of salt losing congenital adrenal hyperplasia. Case 1. was a 22 day old male infant, who had vomiting and lethargy.
