A fourty-days-old female infant was admitted aotumor of the neck and mild respiratory symptoms The clinical diagnosis of cervicomediastinal cystic hygroma was confirmed by roentgenographic and histological examinations. The cervical portion of the tumor was removed with some difficult, but the patient expired from the postoperative complications
