A case of severe subdural hematoma accompanied with macrocephaly following skull fracture, 2 years and 6 months old male, was presented. Diagnosis was made by subdural aspiration, skull X-ray, cerebral angiography and pneumoencephalography. A brief review of literature on subdural hematoma was made.

A case off renal hypertension due to fibromuscular hyperplasia of renal artery in 6 years old boy who relived hypertension after nephrectomy. The patient had complaints of high fever and convulsion with unconscious state. The diagnosis was confirmed by clinical findings, radiological evidence and biopsy. The review of literature was made briefly.

Ninty two C.S.F. samples were screened for glucose at Dept, of Pediatrics of Taegu Presbyterian Hospital by Benedict’s test. Using measured quantaties of C.S.F. and uristix designed originally for urine glucose.
