A case of acute glomerulonephritis in association with acute rheumatic fever was presented. The patient rheumatic arthritis and carditis with mitral insufficiency, who had been diagnosed as acute poststreptococcal glomeruoonephritis with non-oliguric renal failure with renal biopsy and laboratory findings. The patient was treated, and symptom and sign were improved.

Two cases of nephropathy in association with acute rheumatic fever are presented. Both patients had Rheumatic carditis with mitral valvular involvement and positive urinary laboratory findings of significant hematuria and proteinuria. There was no relapse of nephropathy after initial recovery and both patients are getting monthly injection of Benzatine-penicillin as prophylaxis to prevent recurrence of rheumatic fever.
