We report three cases of cystinuria, presenting with urinary stones. We have experienced a case of multiple abscesses due to a renal stone in a 6 years-old girl who presented with, high fever, right upper quadrant tenderness and frequent vomiting. The diagnosis was made through laboratory findings, I.V.P. and operative finding. A brief review of the related literature is given.
