This is a case report of adrenal cortical carcinoma in a 2 year 7 month old male patient who was diagnosed by clinical features, endocrinologic studies, radiologic studies and pathologic examina- tions. Cushing syndrome and virilization caused by adrenal cortical carcinoma were found. Left total adrenalectomy was performed.
