Primary endodermal sinus tumor(yolk sac tumor) of the mediastinum is rare. Most patients are young and male, and the great majority of tumors are found in the anterior mediastinum, and spontaneous hemothorax is a rare presentation of intrathoracic tumors. The endodermal sinus tumors are rare and highly malignant germ cell origin tumors occuring in both gonadal and extragonadal tissue. We have experienced a case of endodermal sinus tumor mixed with benign teratoma occuring in the common bile duct. It is a very rare site for endodermal sinus tumor. Serum α-fetoprotein was well correlated with clinical course.

We presented a case of endodermal sinus tumor of the vagina in a 17 month-old female baby with the complaints of vaginal blee4ing and difficulty of urinations.
