This experiment was carried out to investigate the disturbance of lipid metabolism after long-term
administration of adriamycin in rats (2.5 mg/kg/week for 5 weeks, S.C.).
Changes of Serum lipids, GOT, GPT, LDH, albumin, BUN, and creatinine were investigated after
administration of adriamycin.
Clinical findings of congestive heart failure and changes of body weight were also observed during
experiment.
