We experienced a case of acute febrile mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome accompanied by ileus in a 2 10/12-year-old boy. His symptoms and signs sufficed the diagnostic criteria of acute febrile mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome, and included two peaks of fever and ileus. Related literatures were reviewed briefly.
