Abstract
A case of identical twin newborn with twin to twin transfusion syndrome is presented. These babies were disclosed severe anemia in one twin and intense plethora in the other and these different appearances were coincided with hematologic results. The anemic patient was lost at 39 hours of age and the plethoric one survived and discharged on 19 days of age without any complications.
